Haskins Advisory is a family partnership built around a simple decision: after more than 30 years in Big Four and senior finance roles, our founder wanted to do things differently.

As a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and former Big Four partner, he spent decades building and reviewing cross-border teams – from London to North Africa – and saw both the best and the worst of outsourcing models. UK firms needed capacity, but too often ended up with anonymous production lines, weak governance and working papers that were hard to defend.

Rather than retire that experience, he chose to invest it in Casablanca. The idea was clear: create an optimal FCA-led centre that works only for UK practices, inside their own Microsoft 365 and cloud stacks, with the same discipline and documentation he had expected from his Big Four teams.

Over the years, that centre has become Haskins Advisory: a family-run, UK-focused back office where partners know exactly who is behind their files – and can rely on Big Four-level rigor without Big Four complexity.
